Lou Viejo
Sensei Lou is a lifelong martial artist, acquiring his black belt in karate at the age of 16. Sensei Lou competed in the sport karate circuit and was a nationally top-rated fighter. He continued his journey by immersing himself in other martial arts styles, such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA. His belief that martial arts is an infinite lifelong quest of learning is reflected in his passion for teaching others.
